is sufficient in every particular, and it is hereby determined <br />that said report shall stand as the report for all subsequent pro- <br />ceedings under said Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Monday, the 25th day of <br />November, 1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at <br />the meeting place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />located in the Justice Court Chambers, 30 W. Angela Street, <br />Pleasanton, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for <br />hearing protests with relation to the proposed improvements and <br />acquisitions described in said report; that any person interested <br />in objecting to said improvements and acquisitions, the grades to <br />which the work will be done, or has been done, the extent of the <br />assessment district, the assessment, or the engineer's estimate <br />of cost and expenses, or any other act or determination of the <br />City Council or the Engineer of Work of the assessment district <br /> <br />may file protest in writing with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton at or before the hour fixed herein for hearing thereon; <br />and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City <br />of Pleasanton be, and he is hereby, directed to publish a Notice <br /> <br />Of Improvement pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code <br />of the state of California, the first of which said notices to <br />be first published at least twenty (20) days prior to the date <br />herein set for hearing of protests; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City <br />of Pleasanton be, and he is hereby, further directed to cause Notices <br /> <br />Of Improvement to be posted on all of the open streets within the <br />district described in the Resolution of Intention at not more than <br />three hundred feet apart on each street so posted in accordance <br />with the requirements of sections 10302 and 10303 of the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
