all proceedings in accordance with the terms and conditions of <br />the contract to be entered into. <br /> <br /> 5. That the public interest and convenience will be <br />served by the taking of special assessment proceedings for the im- <br />provements and acquisitions set forth in said petition. The cost <br /> <br />and expenses thereof should be borne by a <br />said improvements and acquisitions. Said <br />and designated as Assessment District NO. <br /> <br />district benefited by <br />district shall be known <br />1974-10, Peters Avenue <br /> <br />Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 6. The district which shall bear the coat and expenses <br />of said improvements and acquisitions, including all incidental <br />expenses, and which is to be assessed to pay for the cost of said <br />improvements and acquisitions ie that district shown on a map <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton, which is designated, "Boundary Map, Assessment District <br />No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> <br />County, Californie." <br /> <br /> 7. Said special <br />under the provisions of the <br /> <br />bonds to be issued under the <br />Of 1915. <br /> <br /> 8. The owners of <br /> <br />assessment proceedings are to be taken <br />Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 with <br />provisions of the Improvement Bond Act <br /> <br />property within the boundaries of <br /> <br />said proposed district have waived all proceedings under the Spe- <br />cial Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest <br />Act Of 1931, and it is therefore ordered and determined that the <br />provisions of said Act shall not apply to these proceedings. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
