The proposed estimated assessments set forth in Part I above are based on <br />tile lad that the GHAD is comprised of residential land uses (101 single-family <br />resid~rltia~ tots in Tract 6400, 39 single lam[ly residential ~ots in I ract 6590), the <br />City owned water re~e~o~r sites (2), and the remaining o~en space parcels Tract <br />6400 Parcel~ A. B, D, F, G, I, N & O and Tract 6590 Parcets A & B with each, other <br />than the o~en space parcels..., sharing a similar amount of risk and benefit. For the <br />purpose of formulating GHAD assessments, the benefits and burdens of the GHAD <br />have been assessed equally to Ihe 100 residential lots and City water rese~oir sites <br /> <br />The total proposed budget for the fiscal year of the District (2000-01), m the amount <br />of $27,540, is allocated to the 100 residential lots and to the City owr~ed water <br />leservoir sites (2)~ <br /> <br /> <br />
