Furthermore, at the time this midterm update was prepared, the State had not yet adopted its <br />budget. Therefore, it is not known whether the City will receive any additional ERAF relief, <br />either temporary or on an ongoing basis, or whether we will continue to lose over $4 million <br />each year in property tax revenues. <br />As was expected, the City has begun to face many new financial challenges as it approaches <br />buildout of its General Plan. However, the General Plan Economic and Fiscal Element will <br />serve as a guide toward helping Pleasanton remain fiscally sound while providing a very high <br />level of service. <br />Attachments to Section I: <br />A.
