CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-071 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE <br /> 1999-2000 OPERATING BUDGET AND TO THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a two-year Operating Budget in June 1999 for fiscal <br /> years 1999-00 and 2000-01; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Capital Improvement Progem in June 1999 for fiscal <br /> years 1999-00 through 2003-04; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public heating was held on June 6, 2000 to review the budgets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented a report (SR 00:153) regarding recommended amendments to the <br /> Operaling Budget and to the Capital Improvement Program for fiscal year <br /> 2000-0l. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council adopts the amendments included in the attached Mid-Term Budget and <br /> Capital Improvement Program. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council approves CIP funding for the installation of a traffic signal at First Street <br /> and Kottinger Drive/Spring Street at an estimated cost of $160,000. The traffic <br /> signal will be included as a FY 2000-01 funded Streets project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 6, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
