Resolution No. 00-067 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />There is a reasonable relationship between the purpose of each of the <br />developer fees and the purpose for which it is charged and committed as <br />stated below. <br /> <br />The mount of the development impact fees collected, the cash balance <br />(including interest earnings) as of June 30, 1999 for each fee held for five <br />years or more,/he purpose to which the fee is committed, additional sources <br />of funding and the expected date that funding will be available are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />Fund 468 - $40,000; Lavey, Oxsen, Wolfgram, Lavey <br />Cash Balance - $54,209 <br />Project ~ North Sycamore Specific Plan. <br />The builder of the North Sycamore Specific Plan improvements <br />(Greenbriar) will use these funds. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Fund 471 - $305,000; Pacwest <br />Cash Balance - $342,391 <br />Project - Dublin Canyon Road Widening. <br />Project #985016 is funded in the FY 98-99 Capital Improvement <br />Program and $57,129 of this developer's money has been expended <br />as of June 30, 1999. The total budget is $1,688,000 and the balance <br />of the project is funded by other developers (Golden Eagle & <br />Presley) and City Gas Tax. <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br />Fund 470 - $9,000; Signature Properties <br />Cash Balance - $12,215 <br />Project - Replace Manholes in Ruby Hill <br />This project is a punch list item for the Ruby Hill development. This <br />$9,000 is essentially a cash bond held on behalf of Signature <br />Properties. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become eflbctive immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 6, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
