CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-061 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br />STREETS) TO ESTABLISH RESTRICTED PARKING ON <br />CAMERON AVENUE BETWEEN EQUESTRIAN DRIVE AND <br />COURTNEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution <br /> Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 16, 2000, the City Council received and discussed a report <br />(SR00:119) from the Director of Public Works related to a request to allow parking <br />on the north side of Cameron Avenue between EquesU'ian Drive and Courmey <br />Avenue except for the time periods of 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. <br />weekdays; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to amend <br /> Section 6 (No Parking Zones). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City <br />Streets) is hereby amended by adding to subsection 6c as follows: <br /> <br />Cameron Avenue, parking is allowed on Cameron Avenue on the north sidc <br />between Equestrian Drive and Courmey Avenue except for the time periods <br />of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
