<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-058 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. <br />004-M TO ADMINISTERING LOCAL AGENCY-STATE <br />AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. 04-5101 <br />COVERING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING FOR SANTA <br />RITA ROAD RESURFACING FROM OLD SANTA RITA <br />ROAD TO STONERIDGE DRIVE - PROJECT NO. 995015 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has received the approved Program Supplement No. <br />004-M which provides $38,067 in Federal funds and $4,933 Local Matching Funds <br />covering Preliminary Engineering for Project No. 995015; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Program Supplement No. 004-M to Local Agcncy- <br />State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 04-5101 for Santa Rita Road <br />Resurfacing. Project No. 995015. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above-described Supplement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 16, 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
