CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-054 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1994-1, OAK TREE FARM <br />(PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT <br />OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting and <br />Landscape Assessment District No. 1994-1, Oak Tree Fanre, during fiscal year <br />2000/01. The area of land to be assessed is located in tile City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Maintenance and repair of sweet light.s, designated landscaped areas, open space <br />slopes, fuel transition zones (tim breaks), entry features, open space drainage <br />ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped <br />areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with <br />all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6563 and 6748, and parcels B <br />and C of Parcel Map 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual report, <br />Philip A. Grubstick, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br />required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are <br />referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br />boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots, and parcels of land within the <br />assessment district. <br /> <br /> <br />
