<br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />OAK TREE FARM <br />LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, 1994-1 <br /> <br />(pursuant to Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br />Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Oak Tree Farm Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District, 1994-1, City of Pleasaoton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City <br />Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br />The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel <br />transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the <br />open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, <br />together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6563, and 6748, and parcels B and C of <br />Parcel Map 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A- <br /> <br />Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although separately <br />bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by reference. <br /> <br />PART B - <br /> <br />. An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br />PART C- <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land within <br />the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PARTD- <br /> <br />A statement of the method by which the undersigned has detennined the amount proposed to be <br />assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PARTE. <br /> <br />A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment district.
