CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-052 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR LIGItTING AND LANDSCAPE <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-2, BONDE RANCH <br />(PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT <br />OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting and <br />Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-2, Bonde Ranch, during fiscal year <br />2000/01. The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Maintenance and repair of street lighting, designated landscaped areas, open space <br />slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage <br />ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated landscape areas, <br />and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with all <br />appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6483 and Tract 6518, City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />In accordance with this Councirs resolution directing the filing of an annual re?ort, <br />Philip A. Grubstick, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br />required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are <br />referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br />boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots, and parcels of land within the <br />assessment district. <br /> <br /> <br />
