<br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993- <br />I, Windsor, City of Pleasant on, Alameda County, California., makes this report as directed by the City Council, <br />pursuant to Section 22585 of !he Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas and open space areas, entry features, <br />masonry soundwalls, common area drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees and plantings in <br />designated landscaped areas, furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, and street <br />lights, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6320, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A- <br /> <br />Plans and specifications for the improvements filed with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />PARTB- <br /> <br />An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br />PARTC- <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefitted parcel ofland <br />within the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PARTD- <br /> <br />A statement of the method by which the undersigned has detennined the amount <br />proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PARTE- <br /> <br />An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br />district.
