<br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br />LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Philip A. Grubstiek, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District No. 1984-1. City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br />1. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation system, and masonry walls all as delineated <br />on the landscape and irrigation plans for Tract 5257 (Phase III Landscape District 1984-1). <br /> <br />Said improvements are within the following areas: <br /> <br />a. North of Corte de Flores on the west side of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 160 feet <br />long by 6 feet wide, and north of Corte Pacifica on the east side of Pasco Santa Cruz <br />approximately 1,370 feet long by 6 feet wide. <br /> <br />This Report consists offive parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A <br /> <br />Plans and specifications for the improvements constructed in 1985. <br /> <br />PARTB <br /> <br />An estimate of the cost for maintenance of the existing improvements and proposed <br />improvements. <br /> <br />PARTC <br /> <br />An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefitted parcel of land <br />within the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D <br /> <br />A statement describing the method by which the amount proposed to be assessed against <br />each parcel was determined. <br /> <br />PART E <br /> <br />An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within the assessment <br />district.
