CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-046 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF WILLIAM KOLB, EUGENE C. <br />AND CAROL STROM, AND DONNA MILLER FOR <br />PREZONING AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-99-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 2, 2000, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of William Kolb, Eugene C. and Carol Strom, and <br />Donna Miller for prezoning to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR, C, <br />and PHS/WO (Low Density Residential, Commercial, and Public Health and <br />Safety/Wildlands Overlay) District and for development plan approval for a <br />residential subdivision consisting of 12 new single-family lots, two existing <br />single-family homes, open space, a public park, and public street and infrastructure <br />improvements located on approximately 55.4 acres; and designating an <br />approximately 5.22-acre area for a future senior care facility located at 11393 <br />Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 8, 1999, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opporttmity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning and development plan would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
