CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF AL~aMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74- ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING NO P~JORITY PROTEST <br />TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br />TERRITORY DESIGNATED '~PLEASANTON ANNEXATION <br />NO. 68'~ TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (DeVOR- <br />BUSCh PROPERTY). <br /> <br /> }rhEREAS, City Council of the City of Pleasanton passed and <br /> <br /> adopted Resolution No. 74-178 on September 16, 1974 <br /> giving notice of the proposed m~nexation of certain <br /> uninhabited territory to the City of Pleasanton, said <br /> territory being therein designated as '"Pleasanton <br /> Annexation No. 68,"I said resolution describing the <br /> boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed} and <br /> <br /> ~'~HEREAS~ said resolution did contain a notice of the day, hour <br /> and place when and where the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton would hear protests made by any person <br /> owning real property within the territory proposed <br /> to be annexed, the time of said hearing being not <br /> less than 40 nor more than 60 days from the date of <br /> passage of said resolution~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 30, 1974~ at the hour of 8=00 P.M. in the <br /> Council chambers of the City of Pleasanton, 30 West <br /> Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, County of <br /> Alameda, said time and place being the day~ hour and <br /> place fixed in Resolution 74-178 for hearing protests <br /> to said annexation, the City Council did hear and pass <br /> upon all protests made to the proposed annexation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOt~E, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
