RESOLUTION NO. 74-231 RESOLUTION AND ORDER APPROVING AMENDED ENGINEER'S REPORT, ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENTS AND ACQUISITIONS TO BE MADE kND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE PARKING L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1974, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted its Resolution of Intention in Assessment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, for the improvements and acquisitions to be made in said assessment district and referred said proposed improve- ments and acquisitions to the Engineer of Work for said assess- ment district; and WHEREAS, on Engineer of Work filed the 14th day of October, 1974, the said an Engineer's Report, Assessment and Assess- ment Diagram in accordance with said Resolution, and said Engi- neer's Report was presented to the City Council of the City of Pleasanton for consideration; and WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1974, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton preliminarily adopted said Engi- neer's Report and fixed Monday, the 25th day of November, 1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located in the Justice Court Chambers, 30 W. Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, as the time and place for hearing protests with relation to said proposed improvements and acquisitions; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution hereinabove men- tioned a Notice of Improvement was duly published, posted and mailed, giving notice of the time and place of hearing on said Report; and WHEREAS, On the 25th day of November, 1974, said hearing Was held; and WHEREAS, on the 25th day of November, 1974, the City -1-
