<br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF AN AMENDED ENGINEER'S
<br />REPORT, INCLUDING AMENDED PLANS, AND AMENDED ESTIMATE
<br />OF COST, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE
<br />PARKING L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY,
<br /> CALIFORNIA
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1974, the City Council
<br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, preliminarily
<br />adopted the Engineer's Report, including Plans and Specifications,
<br />and Engineer's Estimate of Cost, filed pursuant to Resolution of
<br />intention in Assessment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking
<br />L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, since the filing of said original Engineer's Report
<br />and Engineer's Estimate of Cost, bids have been received showing
<br />a different construction cost than set forth in said original
<br />Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, since the filing of the Plans and Specifications
<br />
<br />as a part of the original Engineer's Report, it has been necessary
<br />to make changes in said Plans;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
<br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the Engineer
<br />of Work be, and they are hereby, directed to file an Amended Engi-
<br />neer's Report, including Amended Plans, and Amended Estimate of
<br />
<br />Cost to
<br />ments.

<br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
<br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton,
<br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
<br />the 25th day of November, 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
