RESOLUTION NO. 74-228 RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1974, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted its resolution fixing time and place for hearing on the Engineer's Report in Assessment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; and 1974, WHEREAS, said resolution at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. fixed the 25th day of November, M. of said d~y at the meet- ing place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located in the Justice Court Chambers, 30 W. Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, as the time and place for hearing protests with rela- tion to the proposed improvements and acquisitions described in the Engineer's Report, the grades to which the work will be done, the extent of the assessment district, or to the proposed assessment. WHEREAS, protests or objections were filed in writ- ing by certain persons, firms or corporations who were interested in certain of the property within the boundaries of said district, which said protests or objections were delivered to the City Clerk not later than the hour set for hearing such objections; and WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing the protests and objections, said City Council of the City of Pleasanton proceeded to hear the same, and all of the protests or objections of every kind and nature having been heard and duly considered; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that all Of said protests and objections of every kind or nature be, and the same are ]]ereby, overruled or denied; and IT IS HEREBY FURTHER .RESOLVED that the City Council finds that said protests and objections are made by the owners of less
