. , :... <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-228 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1974, the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br />adopted its resolution fixing time and place for hearing on the <br />Engineer's Report in Assessment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue <br />Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />1974, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution <br />at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. <br /> <br />fixed the 25th day of November, <br />M. of said d~y at the meet- <br /> <br />ing place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located <br />in the Justice Court Chambers, 30 W. Angela Street, Pleasanton, <br />California, as the time and place for hearing protests with rela- <br />tion to the proposed improvements and acquisitions described in <br />the Engineer's Report, the grades to which the work will be done, <br />the extent of the assessment district, or to the proposed assessment. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, protests or objections were filed in writ- <br /> <br />ing by certain persons, firms or corporations who were interested <br />in certain of the property within the boundaries of said district, <br />which said protests or objections were delivered to the City Clerk <br />not later than the hour set for hearing such objections; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing the protests and <br />objections, said City Council of the City of Pleasanton proceeded <br />to hear the same, and all of the protests or objections of every <br />kind and nature having been heard and duly considered; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that all <br />Of said protests and objections of every kind or nature be, and <br />the same are ]]ereby, overruled or denied; and <br /> <br /> IT IS HEREBY FURTHER .RESOLVED that the City Council finds <br />that said protests and objections are made by the owners of less <br /> <br /> <br />
