Subsection 5 (Geologic Report Fees) is added to <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />DATED <br /> <br />PxTTEST: <br /> <br />Section IIA (Housing and Community Development; <br /> <br />Building Inspection Divisio~ to read as follows: <br /> <br />Geologic Report Fees <br />An applicant for a new real estate develoDment <br />or structure for human occupancy within a specific <br />studies area, as defined in Chapter 12, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, <br />shall pay to the City of Pleasanton a fee equal to <br />one hundred twenty percent (120%) of-the cost of <br />preparing the geologic report. The Director of <br />Housing and Community Development shall cause the <br />required report to be orepared only after receiot <br />of the required fee. <br /> <br />3.
