'~WHEREAS, WHEREAS, ~I,.~tEREAS, WHEREAS, !iWHEREAS, CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 75-1 A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE BASIC FINDINGS AND CONCEPTS IN TIlE ALAi'~DA COUNTY SERVICES AND SPACE REQUIREmeNTS STUDY the City Council was requested by Mr. Joseph P. Bort, Chairman of Alameda County Board of Supervisors, by letter dated November 27, 1974, to consider a report prepared by consultants on the County Services and Space Requirements! in the Livermore-Amador Valley Area, and further indicat- ing that said consultant, Mr. Robert Ratcliff of the architectural firm of Ratcliff, Slama and Caldwalader, would appear to explain the contents of said report; and by memorandum dated December 27, 1974, from Assistant to City Manager Mr. Walker, the City Council received for their review portions of the proposed study indicating among other things the various sites being explored by the County for the purposes of establishing the afore- mentioned County Governmental Center in the Livermore- P~ador Valley Area; and the City Council, on January 13, 1975, met with the archi~ tectural firm of Ratcliff, Slama and Caldwalader to dis- cuss the Alameda County Services and Space Requirements for the Livermore-Amador Valley Area; and the written report submitted to the City Council was con- sidered by the Council at the above meeting; and further information was given by Mr. Robert Ratcliff, of the architectural firm, and discussion and consideration of the study was given by Counci]_members and staff present at said Council meeting; itNOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON HEREBY i'RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council endorses the basic findings and con- cepts in the Alameda County Services and Space Requiremen~ Study.
