WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-40 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING PENNY DELERAY <br />TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR A FOUR- <br />YEAR TE~M. <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 72-154, <br />appointed Ms. Penny Deleray to a four-year term on <br />the Housing Authority; and <br />said term expired on January 25, 1975; and <br />the City Council has interviewed Ms. Deleray with re- <br />spect to determining her desire to continue as a <br />member of the Housing Authority and to evaluate her <br />performance as a member of the Housing Authority. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Penny Deleray, 5171 Oakview St., Pleasanton, Calif- <br /> <br /> ornia, is hereby reappointed as a member of the <br /> Housing Authority, to a four-year term, terminating <br /> on January 25, 1979, or until her successor is <br /> appointed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
