WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AL~4EDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-39 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING HARRIET STEPHENS <br />TO THE CO~iUNITY CONCERNS COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Erica Perry, a member of the Community Concerns <br />Committee, has resigned prior to the expiration <br />of her term; and <br />the City Council has considered the names of <br />various individuals who are interested in serving <br />on the Com_munity Concerns Committee and the City <br />Council has evaluated their qualifications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
