WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING JERRY WILFLEY <br />TO THE PARK & RECREATION CO~4ISSION <br />FOR A FOUR-YEAR TE~4. <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 71-35, appointed <br />Mr. Jerry Wilfley to a four-year term on the Park & <br />Recreation Commission; and <br />said term expired on February 15, 1975; and <br />the City Council has interviewed ~.~r. Wilfley with re- <br />spect to determining his desire to continue as a <br />Park and Recreation Commissioner and to evaluate <br />his performance as a Park and Recreation Commission- <br />er. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Jerry Wilfley, 4098 Wells St.,Pleasanton, California, <br /> is hereby reappointed as a member of the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission, to a four-year term, termina- <br /> ting on February 15, 1979, or until his successor <br /> is appointed. <br />Section 2.
