WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-37 <br /> <br />RESOLDTION REAPPOINTING HANK GOMEZ <br />TO THE PARK & RECREATION CO~ISSION <br />FOR A FOUR-YEAR TE~M. <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 71-27, appointed <br />Mr. Hank Gomez to a four-year term on the Park & <br />Recreation Commission; and <br />said term expired on February 15, 1975; and <br />the City Council has interviewed Mr. Gomez with <br />respect to determining his desire to continue as a <br />Park and Recreation Commissioner and to evaluate <br />his performance as a Park and Recreation Commission- <br />er. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Hank Gomez, 1815 Brooktree Way, Pleasanton, <br /> California, is hereby reappointed as a member of <br /> the Park and Recreation Commission, to a four-year <br /> term terminating on February 15, 1979, or until his <br /> successor is appointed. <br />Section 2.
