CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-32 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FROM MRS. JOSEPH W. WATT <br />OF PLEASANTON FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE ONE <br />HERITAGE TREE FROM 433 BONITA AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II <br /> <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />requires that prior to the removal of any Heritage <br /> <br />Tree a permit must be obtained from the City Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br /> The City has approved the removal of one Heritage Tree <br /> located at 433 Bonita Avenue; and <br /> <br /> Mrs. Joseph W. Watt made an application to the City <br /> for the removal of said tree because the tree roots <br /> <br /> have been working their way into their sewer lateral. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> hereby grants permission for the removal of the <br /> <br />Heritage Tree referred to in the report of the <br /> <br />Director of Engineering Services attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
