NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to proceed <br />with a major water rate study in order to determine an appro- <br />priate water rate to be charged within the City of Pleasanton <br />for users of the City's water in order that a fair, equitable <br />and financially sound rate is applicable within the City. <br /> <br /> immediately <br /> <br />resolution shall become effective <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />10, 1975 <br /> <br />Section 2.
