WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION A~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-138 (A <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br />VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEAS- <br />ANTON AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NO. 73-23, 73-95, <br />73-112, 73-126 AND 73-101) ESTABLISHING A FEE <br />FOR WATER RATES AND CHARGES. <br /> <br /> the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, on July <br /> <br /> 1, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 74-138 (A Resolution <br /> Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal <br /> Services of the City of Pleasanton and Repealing <br /> Resolutions No. 73-123, 73-95, 73-112, 73-126 and <br /> 73-101) which establishes fees and charges for various <br /> municipal services in the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> the water rates and charges for the City of Pleasanton <br /> are presently set forth in Section 2-16.07, Chapter 9, <br /> Title II of ~e Ordinance Code of the City of Pleas- <br /> anton, and <br /> it is necessary to change said water rates in order to <br /> reflect increased cost to the City of Pleasanton for <br /> the purchase of Zone 7 water; and <br /> it is the intention of the City Council to include <br /> all fees and charges in a single resolution in order <br /> to facilitate the dissemination of information regard- <br /> ing fees and charges to citizens as well as to improve <br /> the ability of the City to reflect fees and charges <br /> commensurate with the needs of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section VI (Water Rates and Charges) is hereby added <br />to Resolution No. 74-138 Co read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
