CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75--23 <br /> <br /> AMENDING SECTION II (HOUSING AND COP,LMUNITY DEVELOPMENT) <br />SUBSECTION (A) (BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION) OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 74.-138 (A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES POR <br />VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 75-11, ESTABLISHING FEES <br />GEOLOGIC REPORTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council did, at its meeting o~ January 13, 1975 <br />adomt Resolution No. 75-11 (A Resolution ~mending Section <br />II (Housing and Community Development) Subsection (A) <br />(Building Inspection Divison) of Resolution No. 74-138 <br /> <br />(A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for various <br />Municipal Services of the City of Pleasanton and ~eDeal-- <br />ing Resolution Nos. 73-23, 73--95, 73-112, 73--126, and <br /> <br />73-101) Establishing Yees <br />the State has amended the <br />ard reDorts to delete the <br /> <br />For Ceologic Reoorts)= and <br />requirements for Geologic Haz- <br />requirement that 1/10 of 1% <br /> <br /> fees be charged on building permits with one-half of said <br /> fee being transmitted to the StateT and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State has further provided that Cities may col!ect <br /> reasonable fees to cover the costs of administering the <br /> Al~uist-Priolo Geologic Hazards Act; <br /> NO?7~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS2 <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection (d) to Section IIA (Housing and Community <br /> Development, Building Inspection Division, Building Per- <br /> mit Fees)is deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />Section 2. Subsection 5 (Geologic Remort Fees) is added to <br /> Section IIA (Housing and Co~Lmunity Development, Building <br /> Inspection Division) is amended to read as follows~ <br /> <br /> 5. Geologic ReDoft Fees <br /> An applicant for a new real estate development or <br /> structure for human occupancy within a sPeCific <br /> studies area, as defined in Chapter 12, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br /> shall nay to the City of Pleasanton a fee eGual <br /> <br /> <br />
