CCr7NECTiON <br />CHARGES. <br />V;HEREAS, water connection fees have been codified in the City's <br />Ordinance Code; any <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, on July 1, <br />1974, adopted Resolution Tdo. 74-138 (A Resolution <br />Establishing Fees and Charges for Various :'4unicipal <br />Services of the City of Fleasanton and Repealing Reso- <br />lution Nos. 73--23, 73-95, 73-112, 13 -J_`:6 ana 73-101) <br />in order to place all fees in one docianent; and <br />*u,?HEREAS, water connection fees are not presently included in <br />Resolution No. 73--138. <br />NOVd, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASAIITON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLO~,n~S a <br />Section 1. Resolution 73--138 is hereby amended adding Section <br />VILA, as set forth in L'xhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference, establishin~ new fees for grater cc~~necaon- <br />.Section 2.
