CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 75-50 <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PETERS <br />j AVENUE PARKING LOT (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0.1974-10) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, through the Public Improvement <br />~~LTHEREAS , <br />n <br />i <br />'WHEREAS, <br />[L7IIEREAS , <br />i <br />c <br />!WHEREAS <br />Act of 1915, has caused an assessment district to be <br />formed in the block bordered by Main Street, Division <br />Street and Peters Avenue; and <br />by means of the Public Improvement Act, the bonds were <br />issued for the construction of a municipal parking lot; <br />and <br />deeds to portions of properties were executed by the <br />property owners within the district; and <br />pursuant to the State Subdivision Map Act, the owner of <br />the real property within the boundaries of the assessment <br />district filed certificates with the City indicating that. <br />they were the persons whose consent was necessary to passe <br />a clear title to said real property acquired for the <br />parking lot and that the owners of said property consent ; <br />to the making of a parcel map and subdivisions as shown <br />within the colored border lines: and <br />it is necessary for the City to accept said deeds and <br />certificates of ownership; <br />!iNOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />!'RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />jiSection 1. Deeds from various property owners within the Assess- <br />ment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D, are hereby!, <br />?;accepted by the City and authorized to be filed by appropriate <br />s, City officials. <br />Section 2. Certificates of ownership by property owners within <br />;`the aforementioned assessment district are hereby accepted. <br />i <br />"I Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />'j its passage and adoption. <br />,, <br />
