That the Finance officer be instructed to Drepare <br />a warrant in the amount of $4,455.58 in favor of_ <br />John Deetz Construction Company in satisfaction of <br />Final Progress Payment for the work performed on St. <br />'tary's [dater Main Project No. 74-5. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a notice of <br />completion. <br />Section 3.
