THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council does hereby appoint William J. <br />Herlihy as Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Pleasanton <br />and presiding member of the City Council in the <br />absence of the Mayor for a period of one Tear. <br />Section 2.
