CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAP~DA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION IAO. 75-43 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UPTDER THE <br />FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />T.,~TI?EREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 75-33 adopted on <br />February 24, 1975, approved the Federal-Aid Urban System <br />and the urban boundaries depicted on the maps attached <br />as Exhibit "P_" to said resolution; and <br />`di~EAEAS, the Director of Housing and Community Development has <br />recommended a list of projects to be completed in its <br />three-year Federal-Aid. Urban System program funded under <br />the provisions of Section 142 of Title 23 United States <br />Code; <br />'40GT, TI?EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the :[ollowing projects to be completed in the <br />City of Pleasanton three-year Federal-.Aid Urban :,ystem <br />to be funded under the provisions of Section 142 of Title <br />23 United. States Code: <br />FAU Funds <br />(A) The installation of a signal light <br />at the corner of First Street and <br />Neal Street. Estimate $ 41,500. <br />(B) Construction of intersection and <br />signalization of Valley Avenue and <br />Santa Pita Road. Estimate 1`L!F, 500. <br />(C) The widening of ICottinger Avenue <br />between First Street and 150 feet <br />east of the east side of Second <br />Street. Estimate 33,000. <br />Section 2.
