CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMjEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-72 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OVER-ALL ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PROJECT DESIGN OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />I~EREAS, <br /> <br />due to the fact that Alameda County has an unemployment <br />level of over six percent, cities within Alameda Count~ <br /> <br />are now eligible for possible future Economic Develop-, <br /> <br />ment funding; and <br /> <br />~EREAS, the purpose of said act is to provide funds to be used <br /> <br />for projects which are classified economic activity, <br /> <br />;~HEREAS, <br /> <br />i'RIEREAS, <br /> <br />k~{EREAS, <br /> <br />!,ate P,E A S , <br /> <br />and as a result, create employment opportunities; and <br />the County Board of Supervisors has designated ACAP- <br />ACTEB governing board as the committee to oversee the <br />development of an over-all economic development plan <br />for the County; and <br />each City within the county has been requested to <br /> <br />submit project design proposals for incorporation intoI <br />the over-all economic development plan; and ~ <br />the City staff has prepared a project design proposal;~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />said proposal was considered by the City Council at <br /> <br /> its adjourned regular meeting of March 31, 1975. <br /> <br /> 6L ~F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />~pection 1.
