RESOLUTION NO. 75-65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING A PAYING AGENT FOR THE PAYMENT <br />OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN <br />ASSESS~IENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE PARKING <br />L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, has authorized issuance of bonds in the principal <br />amount of $93,633.32 to be issued under the improvement Bond Act of <br />1915 of the State of California, in Assessment District No. 1974-10, <br />Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has an existing agreement <br />with Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association by which <br />said Bank acts as paying agent for the bonds of the City of Pleasanton <br />and such bonds as are administered by City officers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said fees as set forth on said existing agreement <br />appear fair and reasonable for the services provided by said ~ank. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, does hereby find, resolve, determine and <br />order as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, <br />Main Office, San Francisco, California, is hereby appointed paying <br />agent for bonds issued in said assessment district, and said Bank <br />shall be paid in accordance with the existing agreement between said <br />City of Pleasanton and said Bank of America National Trust and Savings <br />Association. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br />directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Bank <br />of America National Trust and Savings Association, Corporate Agency <br />Division, Bank of America Center, P.O.
