RESOLUTION NO. 7~-62 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PAID AND UNPAID LIST AND REQUESTING THAT THE AUDITOR OF THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SHALL MAKE EXTENSION OF INSTALL- MENTS THEREOF ON THE TAX ROLLS, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-10, PETERS AVENUE PARKING L.I.D., CITY OF PLEASkNTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as follows: WHEREAS, there is on file in the office of the City Treasurer of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 8620 and 10603 of the Streets and Highways Code, a complete Paid and Unpaid List of all assessments in Assessment District No. 1974-10, Peters Avenue Parking L.I.D., City Of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, a copy of which Paid and Unpaid List is annexed to this Resolution, marked "EXHIBIT A,' and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Paid and Unpaid List attached hereto and marked "EXHIBIT A'I is confirmed by this City Council and ratified as the statement of paid and unpaid assessments upon the security of which the bonds are to be issued in said proceed- ings; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor of the County of Alameda is hereby requested and directed, in accordance with the pro- visions of Section. 8682 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, to enter in his assessment roll on which taxes will next become due opposite each lot or parcel of land affected in a space marked "public improvement assessment" or by other suitable designation, the several installments of such assessment coming due the fiscal year covered by such assessment roll, including in each case the interest due on such total assessments, and also including a percentage of one-fourth of one per cent of the am. ount of such installments and of such interest so entered, and that such entry is -1~
