qWHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-61 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF <br />LEASE OF CITY PROPERTY TO THE UNITED STATES <br />POSTAL SERVICE FOR PARKING PURPOSES. <br /> <br /> on April 17, 1973, the City and the United <br /> Postal Service entered into a lease of <br /> ty belonging to the City of Pleasanton, <br /> rear of 157 Main Street; and <br /> <br />(34) months from May <br />annual rental sum of <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />States <br />certain proper- <br /> <br /> located at the <br /> <br />said property has been used by the United States Postal <br />Service to provide additiomlparking for its employees <br />and vehicles at its facility located at 157 Main Streed; <br />and <br />the United States Postal Service has requested an <br /> <br />extension of said lease for an additional thirty-four <br /> 9, 1975 to March 7, 1978 for an <br /> $1,800.00. <br /> <br /> OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />The Mayor is authorized to execute a lease extension <br />agreement with the United States Postal Service, leas- <br />ing to said service additional Farking, located at the <br />rear of 157 Main Street, Pleasanton. Said lease to <br />run from May 9, 1975 to March 7, 1978 for an annual <br />rental sum of $1,800.00. In addition, said lease to <br />be in a form similar to Exhibit "AI', attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
