Section 3. Urges the Executive Board of the Association of <br /> Bay Area Governments to adopt the draft resolution <br /> included in the Regional Planning Conmittee Report <br /> of April 2, 1975, opposing the establishment of <br /> Las Positas New Town because <br /> ABAG regional policies. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk shall cause <br /> <br />Section 5.
