CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-119 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENDING THE 1968 GENERAL PLAN <br />AND THE PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN RELATING TO <br />TO AN APPROXIMATE 18-ACRE PARCEL OF LAND <br />LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTER- <br />SECTION OF BERNAL AVENUE AND FOOTHILL ROAD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> on March 27, 1972, an approximate 18-acre parcel of <br /> land located at the southeast corner of the inter- <br /> section of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road was <br /> rezoned from C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District, <br /> 0 (Office) District and R-M 4 District to R-1-6500 <br /> District; and <br /> at the time of said rezoning, the General Plan was <br /> not amended to reflect this change in zoning; and <br /> Section 65860(c) requires that any inconsistency <br /> between a General Plan and a Zoning Ordinance must <br /> be rectified within a reasonable period of time so <br /> that the zoning will be consistent with the General <br /> Plan; and <br /> the Planning Commission, at its meeting of May 14, <br /> 1975, adopted Resolution No. 1344 recommending that <br /> the General Plan be amended to reflect the residential <br /> R-1-6500 zoning which was approved for the property; <br /> and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of June 9, 1975, <br /> considered this matter together with the reports and <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
