CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-118 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are existing Federal Aid Section 203 Railway <br /> <br /> Highway Crossing Funds available for installation <br /> of automatic gates at the Saint Mary's Street crossing <br /> of Western Pacific Railroad; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the state (with federal funds) will pay 90 percent <br /> <br /> of the cost of the projects with the cities obligation <br /> being 10 percent; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city's 10 percent share of this project has been <br /> <br /> approved in the 1975-76 fiscal year budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RE- <br /> <br />SOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />The Mayor is <br />the State of <br />Improvements <br /> <br />authorized to execute an agreement with <br />California, for use of Federal - Aid <br /> <br />Projects in Funds, (8~ction 203 of <br /> <br /> upon its passage <br />June 9, 1975 <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />the Railway in Highway Crossing Funds) for in- <br />stallation of automatic gates at the St. Mary's <br />street crossing of Western Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br />William H.
