RE: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-115 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. t TO <br />CHALET CONSTRUCITON FOR WORK ON CULTURAL <br />ARTS BUILDING. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Chalet Construction performed in connection <br /> with the Cultural Arts Building has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Progress Payment <br /> Number 1 is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $17,613.40 in favor of <br /> Chalet Construction in satisfaction of Progress Pay- <br /> ment Number 1 for the work performed on the Cultural <br /> Arts Building. <br /> <br />Section 2.
