CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALA~DA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 75-108 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPERATING AND CAPITAL I~ROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975-1976 WHEREAS, the No. 75-80 approving and the No. City Council on April 14, 1975 adopted Resolution (Approving the 1975-76 Preliminary Budget), a preliminary budget for fiscal year 1975-76; T~HEREAS, City Council on April 14, 1975 adopted Resolution 75-79 (Approving Capitol Improvement Projects 1975-7~ approving a proposed capital improvement budget for fiscal year 1975-1976; and ~{EREAS, the City Manager has prepared a final budget for fiscal year 1975-1976, indicating the operating and capital improvements for the City of Pleasanton; and W}IEREAS, the City Council will establish a tax rate for the City prior to September 1, 1975 and at that time will deter- mine funding of additional programs for the City; and ~,~EREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to indicate at this time that an additional staff attorney in the office of the City Attorney is needed in order to provide assistance to said. office; and WHEREAS, to the extent funds are available for an additional staff attorney, the City Council intends to fund said position during the 1975-76 Fiscal Year; NOW, THEREFOPS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The operating and capital improvement budget for fiscal year 1975-76 are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The operating budget shall be subject to amendment upon conclusion of labor negotiations to reflect the settlements established through the negotiation process.
