CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-138 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF ANNEXATION #69 <br />TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton received a request for annexation <br /> of approximately three acres of property on Stanley <br /> Boulevard east of Pleasanton from Mr. and Mrs. Frank Auf <br /> Der Maur and Mr. and Mrs. Konrad Rickenbach; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was submitted to the Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission of Alameda County in order to obtain approval <br /> of said body for annexation of this property to the City <br /> of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County <br /> on May 29, 1975, adopted Resolution No. 75-11(attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference) <br /> approving the annexation of said property without notice <br /> <br /> and hearing pursuant to Government Code §54797.1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of June 23, 1975 consider- <br /> ed the annexation of said property known as Annexation <br /> #69 and received staff report indicating the action taken <br /> by the Local Agency Formation Commission and a petition <br /> for annexation (attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incor- <br /> porated herein by reference); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has determined that this annexation to the <br /> City will be beneficial to the City of Pleasanton and the <br /> applicants; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council determines that this is a noninhabi- <br /> ted annexation wherein all owners have consented to <br /> annexation and pursuant to authority of the Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of Alameda County, the property more <br /> particularly described in Exhibit "C"(attached hereto <br /> <br /> <br />
