WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEP~AS, <br /> <br /> creased to <br /> Attorney's <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-129 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 75-108 (AA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPERATING AND CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1975-1976) <br /> TO INCREASE THE CITY ATTORNEY'S BUDGET <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of May 27, 1975, adopted <br />Resolution No. 75-108 (A Resolution Approving the <br />Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year <br />1975-1976); and <br />the above resolution established a specific amount of <br />money for the functioning of the City Attorney's Office; <br />and <br />the City Council, at its meeting of June 9, 1975, <br />authorized the establishment and filling of the position <br />of Deputy City Attorney;and <br />the City Council was aware that the City Attorney's <br />budget for fiscal year 1975-1976 would have to be in- <br /> <br /> offset the additional expenses in the City <br /> Office; <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br /> Section 1.Resoiution No. 75-108 (A Resolution Approving the Oper- <br /> ating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year <br /> 1975-1976) and Exhibit A attached thereto is amended by <br /> the addition of $30,000 to the amount shown in the City <br /> Attorney's budget for fiscal year 1975-1976. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
