CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-122 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLEASANTON CHAMBER OF <br />COERCE TO ATTACH A TEMPORARY BUILDING TO THE <br />EXISTING SEWER LINE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce has requested an <br />expansion of their small facility located on property <br />leased from Southern Pacific Railroad Company at <br /> <br />10 West Neal Street; and <br /> <br />Pleasanton Chamber of Con~nerce has requested the <br /> <br />City Council to allow the Chamber of Commerce to <br />attached their temporary building to the existing line <br />and to waive the connection fees for said attachment; <br />and <br />this request is made due to the fact that employees <br />at said facility presently have to use restroom <br />facilities located at sites other than the existing <br />Chamber of Commcerce structure; and <br />the structure in question is a temporary one and the <br />proposed facilities would not add any new additional <br />sewage capacity to the City of Pleasanton; and <br />the City Council, at its meeting of June 9, 1975, <br />received a staff report prepared by the Assistant <br /> <br />City Manager regarding the request of the Chamber of <br />Commerce and recommending that permission be granted <br />for a connection to the sewage system on a temporary <br />basis and that the fees for said connection be waived <br />for connection at this site; and <br />the City Council was advised at such time as the <br />Chamber of Commerce permanently locates its facility <br />within the City of Pleasanton, it will be required to <br />pay a connection charge. <br /> <br /> <br />
