RESOLUTION NO. 75-121 RESOLUTION CONFIE4ING AMENDED ASSESSMENT AMENDING ASSESSMENT NO. 79, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, PLEASANTON TOWNSHIP COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on the 12th day of May, 1975, the Director of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, an Amended Assessment Amending Assessment No. 79 in Assessment District No. 1, Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, Califor- nia, adopted by the Board of Directors of the Pleasanton Township County Water District on the 25th day of April, 1963; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton has duly given notice by publication in the time, manner and form required by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon, which said time was fixed in s~id notice as the 9th day of June, 1975, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day; and WHEREAS, no appeals or protests against the Amended Assess- ment have been filed in the time and manner provided by law against the confirmation of said Amended Assessment; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that said Amended Assessment and the Diagram attached thereto, the proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of the Direc- tor of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton in relation thereto, be, and the same are hereby confirmed, ratified and approved, and the said ~ended Assessment Amending Assessment No. 79 hereinabove referred to, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, on the 12th day of May, 1975, in Assessment District No. 1, Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California, be and the same is hereby confirmed. ,
