CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-160 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br /> THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RELATING TO JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and the Housing Authority, on <br /> January 14, 1974, entered into a Joint Exercise of <br /> Powers Agreement allowing for the consolidation and <br /> joint exercise of powers of the functions of the <br /> Housing Authority with those of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary for said agreement to be extended. <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute an agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and the Housing Authority <br /> of the City of Pleasanton relating to an amendment to <br /> the agreement of January 14, 1974 to extend the term <br /> <br /> of said agreement to and including January 15, 1976. <br />Section 2.
