WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-158 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERIM TURFING OF <br />THE UNIMPROVED PORTION OF THE BICENTENNIAL <br />PARK AND ENDING TEE 1975-76 FISCAL YEAR <br />BUDGET ACCORDINGLY. <br /> <br />the City Council, at its regular meeting of July 14, <br />1975, received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works Field Services to the Assistant City Manager <br />relating to improvements to the rear area of the <br />Bicentennial Park; and <br />the City Council was advised that in order to provide <br />dust control to the untandscaped area, the City staff <br />is recommending that the City Council authorize staff <br />to proceed with installation of necessary irrigation <br />systems and seeding of said unimproved area in order <br />to establish a turfed area; and <br />the City Council is advised that the total cost of <br />this project would in the sum of $3,450.00; and <br />the City Council is advised that the above sum would <br />come from the Capital Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorize the City staff to proceed with the improve- <br /> ments to the unimproved portion of the Bicentenniat <br /> Park as set forth in the July 11, 1975 memorandum from <br /> the Director of Public Works Field Services to the <br /> Assistant City Manager. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes an amendment to the Fiscal Year 1975-76 <br /> Budget allocating $3,500.00 from the Capital Improvement <br /> Fund to the Bicentennial Park for completion of the <br /> improvements set forth in the July 11, 1975 memorandum. <br /> <br /> <br />
