WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-157 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH <br /> T J K M, INC. FOR SIGNALIZATION OF THE <br /> INTERSECTION OF HOPYARD ROAD AT JOHNSON <br /> INDUSTRIAL ROAD. <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of July 14, 1975, <br />received a staff report of July 3, 1975 prepared by <br />the Director of Engineering Services regarding the <br />signalization of Hopyard Road at Johnson Industrial <br />Road; and <br />pursuant to this report, the Director of Engineering <br />Services recommended that this intersection be signal- <br />ized since it has received top priority pursuant to <br />the City's warrant system; and <br />the Director of Engineering Services attached a copy <br />of an agreement to be executed by the City with T J K M <br />(Tammen, Johnson, Kinzel and Mimiaga), Inc. retaining <br />said firm as consulting engineers on the preparation <br />iof specifications for the signal <br />section and other matters as set <br />and <br />the City Council considered said report and made <br />inquiries with respect to the same. <br /> <br />at the above inter- <br />forth in said contract; <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agree- <br /> ment with T J K M, Inc. for the preparation of neces- <br /> sary engineering studies, plans, specifications and <br /> contract documents to locate a traffic signal at the <br /> intersection of Hopyard Road at Johnson Industrial <br /> Drive and to administer said project. <br /> <br /> <br />
