RESOLUTION NO. 75-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING DIPZCTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />TO PREPARE AND FILE AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT, <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, PLEASANTON TOWNSHIP <br />COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, AL~4EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Pleasanton Town- <br /> ship County Water District, Alameda County, California, on the <br /> <br />25th day of April, 1963, levied an assessment in Assessment District <br />No. 1, Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since the levy of said assessment, certain par- <br />cels of land have been divided, and it is necessary to apportion the <br />assessment to reflect said division; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as trustee for <br />Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California, <br />a dissolved special district, as follows: <br /> <br /> That ALAN B. CAMPBELL, Director of Public Works for said <br />City of Pleasanton, is hereby directed to prepare and file with the <br />City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton a segregation and apportionment <br />of Assessment Nos. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 22, 23-B, 24, 25, 26, 27 and <br />28-1, in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the <br />original lot or parcel upon which said assessments were levied; <br /> <br /> That, upon the filing of said amended assessment, the City <br />Clerk of the City of Pleasanton is directed to fix a time and place <br />for a hearing in the manner prescribed by law. <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby fixes the amount of costs and fees <br />for preparing the Amended Assessment, the Notices and the Amended <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
